Even without logging in, we may temporarily store chat messages you send to Cineve AI to provide a functional experience.

Data is collected through user login, forms, cookies, analytics tools like Umami and Vercel Analytics, and interactions with our real-time AI assistant. Data is also collected when you interact with the platform as a guest, without account, including chat messages and cookie preferences.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve our services, offer personalized movie recommendations, manage subscriptions, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Chat and Data Use

Your interactions with our AI assistant are processed to generate responses and improve personalization. For logged-in users, chat messages are stored securely so you can access them later. For guest users, messages may be stored temporarily to enable a functional session.These interactions may be processed via trusted third-party providers like OpenAI. We do not use this data for advertising.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential and analytics cookies, including Umami and Vercel Analytics. We use Klaro to manage cookie consent. Essential cookies are always active to ensure the platform functions correctly. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

6. Data Sharing

We only share your data with trusted third parties: Stripe for payments, OpenAI for the AI assistant, and our hosting and analytics providers (Vercel, AWS). Chat messages sent to Cineve AI may be processed by OpenAI to generate responses, under strict confidentiality terms. We never sell your data.

7. Data Storage and Security

Data is securely stored on Vercel (frontend) and AWS (backend), using PostgreSQL and Redis. We use encryption and access control to protect your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy, and as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights (Under GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete your data, withdraw consent, request portability, and file a complaint with CNIL (France's data protection authority).

10. Account Management and Deletion

Users can delete their account and data directly from their account page. You may also contact us for help at contact@sdconsulting-sdc.com.

11. Age Restrictions

Dashfolio Movies may recommend films with age ratings such as 13+, 16+, or 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. Significant changes will be announced through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
